We are not responsible for any import taxes and duties your country imposes. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

We use different forms of garment manufacturing, If an Order or product states that it is PRE-ORDER (Made-To-Order). Than you consent to waiting 3-5 weeks for Orders to be fulfilled.

ALL CANADA ORDERS

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 2-5 business days if pre-made. And 3-5 weeks if pre-order.

ALL USA ORDERS

Your order will arrive within 5-8 business days if pre-made. Or 3-5 weeks if pre-order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order will arrive within 2 weeks after purchase if pre-made. Or 4-6 weeks if pre-order.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. MYTHIANCE. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
